教练员家长式领导行为对运动员投入的影响:心理韧性的中介作用

个体—环境交互理论有助于探讨教练员家长式领导行为对运动员投入的影响及其作用机制。对257名青少年运动员进行问卷调查,可检验教练员家长式领导行为、运动员投入、心理韧性之间的关系。结果表明:仁慈领导行为正向影响运动员投入;德行领导行为对运动员投入具有正向影响;威权领导行为对运动员投入没有影响;心理韧性在仁慈领导行为与运动员投入之间起完全中介作用,在德行领导行为和运动员投入之间起部分中介作用。这说明教练员家长式领导行为中的德行和仁慈领导行为对运动员投入有直接正向影响,也通过影响运动员的心理韧性提高运动员投入。

Abstract:

The theory of interaction of the individual and environment is conducive to explore the effect of coach’s paternalistic leadership behaviors on athlete engagement and its mechanism of action. A questionnaire answered by 257 young athletes can test the relationship between coach’s paternalistic leadership behavior, athlete engagement and mental toughness. The results show that the benevolent leadership behavior has a positive influence on athlete engagement; virtue leadership behavior has a positive influence on athlete engagement; authoritarian leadership behavior has no effect on athlete engagement; mental toughness has a completely intermediary role between benevolent leadership behavior and athlete engagement, and it has a partial intermediary role between virtue leadership behavior and athlete engagement. Benevolent leadership behavior and virtue leadership have a direct positive influence on athlete engagement, which also improve athlete engagement by influencing the athletes’ mental toughness.
